Scholarship Coverage
SNU scholarships in South Korea will cover the following expenses. Students interested in studying in Korea can also apply for the GSFS scholarship that is offered by SNU every spring.
- Tuition fee: full tuition exemption for a maximum of 6 semesters
- Living expenses: 1, 500,000 KRW ~ 2,000,000 KRW per month for 3~4 years

How to Contact Research Professors for a Scholarship
- Any professor at SNU agrees to cover the student’s tuition fees and give him a stipend. In this case, no acceptance letter will be required. The student will be required to keep him/her in contact.
- If the professor agrees to cover your expenses, then fill out the application form; if no then you will have to live on your own expenses
- If candidates send too many emails to the professor this will definitely give no good impression and your requests will be rejected.
- Write nice, composed emails with all your certifications attached so that it will increase your chances of acceptance.

- Must have equivalent bachelor’s or master’s degrees.
