Universities are listed in Times Top 500 Ranking 2020
Times Higher Education (THE) has mentioned 12 Pakistani universities in its Times Top 500 Emerging Economies University Rankings for 2020.
How the Ranking Based?
The Times is a British daily London based Newspaper (Monday to Saturday). It provides the ranking on the basis of various categories. The ranking is based on the following categories
- Research
- Citations
- Teaching
- Industry income
- International outlook
- No of international students
- No of students
- No of Students per staff
- Female to Male ratio
Quaid-e-Azam University is the only Pakistani university listed in Times top 100 ranking standing at 85th place. It included on the base of the London Stock Exchange advanced emerging, secondary emerging, or frontier category. Previously in 2019, there is only one university in the list of top 500.
