Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must follow the eligibility requirements for Malaysian Technical Cooperation Program 2023, given below;
- At the time of application, applicants are not more than 45 years old.
- Only applicants are eligible to apply for an MTCP scholarship, who have received a valid admission offer letter/s from at least one (1) Malaysian university.
Financial Services of the MTCP Scholarship
Recipients of the Malaysian Technical Cooperation Program will receive the following financial services:

- And the allowances of RM3,500 per month include:

- Return Economy Airfare Ticket

- A one-way return economy-class airline ticket from the student’s closest international airport to Malaysia and returning.
Note: This is the responsibility of the students to find accommodation on their own prior to arriving in Malaysia. MTCP will solely pay for accommodation.
The successful Candidates are scheduled to arrive in Malaysia by the end of October 2023 at the latest.
Payment Method
Candidates will receive the mentioned allowances from the Malaysian Ministry of Foreign Affairs via their individual savings or bank accounts. Candidates are urged to open a Malaysian bank account as soon as they arrive in Malaysia.

- A certified copy of the Academic Transcript.

- Medical examination report
- COVID-19 proof of vaccination.
- Malaysian Universities’ Most Recent Admission Offer Letters for the Academic Year 2023.
- The academic transcripts of applicants must include a record of all courses studied during the degree program.
- Transcripts of undergraduate studies must be submitted along with the application form by applicants.
- Applicants have to submit a certified document from their alma mater outlining the university’s grading system.
- The documents of the applicants must be certified If their transcript does not include CGPA, marks, or score percentile information.
- Applicants must submit proof of English Language Proficiency tests like TOEFL/ IELTS/ PTE/ CAE/ CPE/ MUET/ equivalent qualification.
