Full graduate scholarships
Beginning in 2019, Vingroup will provide up to 100 scholarships each year for Vietnamese students to study Master’s and Ph.D. degree programs at prestigious universities throughout the world for a period of eleven years.

Ph.D. degree Scholarship
The mission of the Ph.D. program in Computer Science is to encourage talented researchers and give them satisfying chances so they may take the lead and progress in science and technology development in Vietnam in the future.
- Degree Name: Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science
- Number of credits: 120 credits for BSc degree holders and 90 credits for MS degree holders

- You will get a chance to receive a scholarship of 100% tuition fee (40,000 USD/ year).
- A stipend of 10,000 USD/ year
- You will receive an additional stipend when participating as a Research Assistant or Teaching Assistant.
- Research exchange overseas of 1 to 2 years
- All Ph.D. candidates have the chance to spend one to two years conducting research at a partner institution, including Cornell University; the University of California, the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC); Berkeley under the 1.100 scholarship program of Vingroup.
- The living expenses, health insurance, tuition fees, round-trip airfare, and related expenses for qualified Ph.D. students are covered by this program.
- The students who are selected for Ph.D. will be able to enroll in joint Ph.D. programs with UIUC and the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS).

Scholarship and their Benefits for International Students
The scholarships for international students are discussed below;
1. VinUniversity Merit-based Scholarships
This scholarship will cover 50% – 100% of the tuition fee waiver for a full degree program at VinUniversity. And cover 100% of the tuition fee plus ~US$1,500 for living expenses for Students with exceptional talent.
2. VinUniversity Financial Aid
3. 35% of tuition subsidy from Vingroup
All the students who are admitted to VinUniversity will receive a 35% tuition fee subsidy from Vingroup for the academic year 2023-2024. Students who receive merit-based Scholarships and Financial Aid are not applicable to receive this award.
All students are qualified for More than ONE scholarship program.
