Eligibility Criteria
- Be a national of an ADB-listed Country. Check your country in the list (https://www.adb.org/site/careers/japan-scholarship-program/main)
- A bachelor degree or its equivalent with good academic records
- At least two years of full-time professional experience after the degree.
- Be in good physical and mental health.
- Age must not be more than 35 at the time of application. But In some cases, the age limit is 45 years old, for senior officials and managers applying in the relevant field.
- Agree to return after the degree.
Required Document:
- BS/MA Degree certificate and transcript
- Two letters of Recommendation (For Ph.D. applicants only)
- English Proficiency: TOEFL (computer-based: 213 or iTOEFL: 80), or IELTS: 6 (overall)
- Work certificate if you are an employee.
- Income Statement: If married, please submit the spouse’s income statement
- Scan passport
- Digital photo with white background
