Eligibility Criteria
- Participants must have a university degree or equivalent.
- The latest university degree must be obtained in the last six years.
- The ADAAD Helmet Schmidt Scholarship is open to graduates in the fields of Social Sciences, Political Sciences, Law, Economics and Public Administration.
- Develop must be from a developing country.
- Applications must be submitted in German or English.
- All master’s courses have additional requirements that must be met by the applicant.
