Financial services of Hubert Humphrey Fellowships in USA 

The Fellowship will provide the candidates with the following services:

  • A book allowance
  • Any accident and sickness coverage
  • You will get a one-time computer subsidy.
  • paying the allotted host university’s tuition and fees.
  • If required, then pre-academic English language training is provided.
  • A maintenance (living) allowance is also provided, which includes a one-time settling-in allowance.
  • Air travel (travel to and from internationally for the program, as well as domestic travel to the program’s essential events).

Application Process

The last date of application varies by country ranging from May to September each year. Applicants will be informed of the internal deadline for submission of applications by the Binational Fulbright Commission or nominated U.S. Embassy. The nominations are received by the Institute of International Education headquarters in Washington, DC from embassies and commissions by October 1.
