Eligibility Criteria
- Must be the National of a country that has diplomatic relations with Japan.

- Applying Applicants must have been born on or after April 2, 1986.
- Master’s course: 16 years of education in countries other than Japan.
- Doctoral Course: 18 years of education in countries other than Japan.
- Language: Japanese Language Course and IELTS/TOEFL is not mandatory
