Eligibility Criteria
In order to apply for this scholarship, this is very important to fulfill given below eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must be international students.
- Applicants must be from any country other than Taiwan.
- Applicants must be in good health condition ( both physical and mental).
- At the time of application, Applicants may not be recipients of any other scholarships.
- Applicants must have a high school degree to apply for the Bachelor’s degree program.
- Applicants must have a Bachelor’s/ Undergraduate degree to apply for the Master’s degree program.
- Applicants must have a Master’s degree program to apply for the Ph.D./Doctoral Degree programs.
- Applicants must fill out their Application form honestly, correctly, and completely and then submit all required application materials.
Financial Services:
For all international students, National Tsing Hua University is offering a number of scholarships. The values of these Scholarships are given below:
NTHU International Student Scholarship:
- For Doctoral students: NTD 20,000~40,000 per month.
- For Master students: NTD 5,000 per month or
NTD 60,000 per year - For Bachelor students: NTD 5,000 per month or NTD
60,000 per year - Tuition and Credit fee waived

- The Highest Degree Diplomaverified with official stamps.
- Highest degree Transcript
- Recommendation letters ( two)
- Passport
- Study plan: The study plan can be written in Chinese or English language.
- English Proficiency Certificate: If the previous degree is an English-taught curriculum, applicants may ask the university/department/advisor to issue an official statement.
- For Ph.D. degree programs, Academic thesis, or relevant publications.
