The fellowship holders will do the World Bank projects under the supervision of DEC researchers of the World Bank. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Robert S. McNamara Fellowships Program, the applicants must fulfill the following requirements.

- The World Bank member countries and nationals of developing countries are eligible to apply for this fellowship.
