Scholarship Coverage
Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung Scholarship is a Fully Funded Scholarship and Applicants have no need to worry about expenses.
For Masters: A monthly basic stipend of 850€ with a unilateral amount of 20€. Additional subsidies are also available for health and nursing insurance over 86€.
For Ph.D.: Doctoral scholarship is largely independent of one’s income and consists of 1350€ per month. An additional deposit of 100€ is also available to cover research costs and further healthcare subsidies. Scholarship holders can also obtain funds to cover overseas stays (research, attend conferences, etc.).

Applicants must fulfill the eligibility Criteria for Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung Scholarship, given below :
- Required Language: Applicants must have a good knowledge of the English language. German language proficiency (B2 level or above)
- Eligible countries: All countries of the world. Preference is given to women with success, determination, students from non-academic and immigrant backgrounds, the socially needy and the disabled.
- Applications from undergraduate and doctoral students in the fields of science and technology are actively encouraged, as well as from graduates of technical colleges.
- Applications will only be accepted in German or English.
- Ph.D. students must be accepted at a German university
