We are glad to announce that applicants are now invited to apply for the Slovakia Government Scholarships 2024. The scholarships are for Undergraduate, Master, and Ph.D. level degree programs. Scholarships are the Fully-Funded and applicants from selected countries of the world are eligible to apply.
The Slovak Government Scholarship program is sponsored by the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Science, Ministry of Research, and Sports. The duration of the scholarship program is 4 years for Bachelor’s program, 2 years for the Master and 4 years for the Ph.D. program. The scholarship opportunities are only for Full-time degree programs. there are no scholarships for the short programs.
All those students who have an excellent academic record are welcome to apply. There is a large number of courses available to apply. The NSP Scholarship program is the biggest scholarship for Ph.D. This scholarship aims to support the mobility of international students. Scholarship Benefits
Here is the list of the scholarship benefits for the Slovakia Government Scholarships Universities will cover tuition fees, and provide a monthly stipend as well to selected students.
- The monthly Stipend for Bachelors & Master’s students is 350 € per month.
- The stipend for Ph.D. students is 580 € per month.
- For Researchers and University Teachers 580 € per month.
- Without a Ph.D. Degree (or its equivalent) and less than 4 years of work experience as a university teacher/researcher/artist: 580 €
- with a Ph.D. degree (or its equivalent) and less than 10 years of work experience as a university teacher/researcher/artist: 850 €
- with a Ph.D. degree (or its equivalent) and more than 10 years of work experience as a university teacher/researcher/artist: 1,000 €
- medical examination: Europe/Africa, Asia 183 €/264 €
- interview related to entrance application procedure 20 – 80 €

Duration
- For undergraduate students: 1 – 2 Full Semesters (i.e. 4 – 5 or 9 – 10 Months) or Full 1 – 3 trimesters, in case the academic year is divided into trimesters (i.e. 3 – 4 or 6 – 7 or 9 – 10 Months).
- For Ph.D. students: 1 – 10 Months.
- University Teachers, Researchers or Artists: 1 – 10 Months.
Deadline
The Last Date to Apply for the Slovakia Government Scholarships 2024 varies from university to university.
- 31 October at 16:00 CET – scholarship stays during the current academic year’s summer semester
- April 30th at 16:00 CET – Scholarships will be awarded for the next academic year.
