  • The required study language is English.
  • International applicants from all world countries are eligible to apply for fellowship.

  • Must demonstrate excellent academic and professional track record.
  • You should prove that you are unable to pay for your studies with your own money.
  • There is no experience or academic track is required. The strongest candidates for academic success at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs will be those with a solid liberal arts education background and strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • It is advised that previous coursework in economics, statistics, and mathematics be taken.
  • An English language proficiency certificate is required. A minimum score of 600 on the paper-based TOEFL, 250 on the computer-based exam, 100 on the Internet exam (minimum 22 points each part), or 7 on the IELTS exam are considered valid.
