Eligibility Requirements for Istanbul Aydin University Scholarship
Active and registered international students must fulfill the eligibility requirements for the IAU scholarship, discussed below;
- Achievement Scholarships are awarded to the students of IAU who have successfully completed at least one term and who are registered students with transcripts for Associate’s, Undergraduate, Graduate, and Doctorate degrees.
- Those students are eligible to apply whose Grade Point Average (GPA) is below 3.00.
- Your application for a scholarship that you will submit to the ISSA office, in accordance with Article 3 of the scholarship application, the ISSA office will review your application before being forwarded your application to the Board of Trustees and the International Relations Directorate for additional review.
- The student will be called to the ISSA office to sign the scholarship agreement after receiving the results of the scholarship application through the contact information provided by the student on the application form.
- A scale of 100 is used for the evaluation of the scholarship application.
- Transcript: A GPA of 4.00 is 40 points and a GPA of 3.00 is 25 points.
- Cover Letter: A cover letter in which the student displays themselves is worth 20 points. COVER LETTER.docx
- Reference Letter: A reference form that a lecturer will complete is worth 20 points. REFERENCE LETTER.docx.
Note: To confirm the reference letter of the students the lecturer should send a confirmation email to issa@aydin.edu.tr.

The ISSA Office’s completed form is worth 20 points. The evaluation is based on four main criteria: participation in social, cultural, and sporting activities; responsibility and leadership traits; ability to work well in a team; and social awareness.

How to Apply!
The process of application can only be made through issa.aydin.edu.tr. Applicants must upload all the necessary documents and then submit them to the application system. The form of application will be delivered by courier, post, or by hand will not be accepted.
The students who are currently registered at Istanbul Aydın University are eligible for In-course Scholarships.
